Update on the New Priest

             After much discussion and phone calls back and forth between Chicago, Detroit and Hungary, we finally have an update on the situation with the new priest. Please remember that the process take time and many people can fall prey to listening to gossip while we wait instead of waiting for the truth.

            Unfortunately, the letter (in English) from the Archdiocese to Romania asking for Father Antal Szekely to come as our Hungarian-speaking priest was misinterpreted by the bishop's staff in Romania who thought we meant Father Antal Jelenik who were here in Chicago. Now that we understand what happened, we are trying to move as quickly as possible to bring Father Szekely here from Romania.

            Please pray for patience and a swift answer to our prayers!
